Ingredients

- 6 green beans
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 1 small can of corn
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- Croutons
- 15 black olives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the green beans under cold water, trim the ends, and steam for 5-7 minutes until tender but crisp. Transfer to cold water to stop cooking.
- Open the can of tuna, drain excess liquid, and flake with a fork. Drain the corn and rinse it under running water.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely slice the spring onions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked green beans, flaked tuna, corn, halved tomatoes, sliced spring onions, and olives. Add croutons just before serving.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently.
Notes
Use fresh green beans for a vibrant color and flavor. You can customize the salad with other vegetables, like bell peppers or shredded carrots.
